1. 在healthplus.my的订购的产品,网站会显示您必须支付的收费包括税收,以及任何运输费(如适用)。

2. 为了完善的处理您的订单,您需要在订购产品时支付所有的收费,从我们授权的信用卡公司名单内提供您的信用卡资料。您的信用卡账户或会员账户必须有足够的资金来支付所有的收费付款。

3. 直到我们接受您的完善的订单前,我们并没有义务将产品提供给您。若我们接受并确认您的订单后,我们将会受到法律约束的将产品提供给您。当我们确认您的订单后,我们会通过电子邮件方式联系您,在一个名为“订单确认” ,说明我们已接受您的订单。直到我们确认接受您的订单时,我们保留拒绝处理您的订单的权利。同时,您有权取消您的订单的权利。

4. 退回的货物/产品将与收据一起检查,货物应处于良好状态。 原包装箱的包装也应保持原状。 如果客户使用或损坏了商品/产品,则不予退款。 如果您的货物在返程途中丢失,AMOS Synergy Sdn Bhd和HealthPlus.my也不承担任何责任。 一旦我们检查并确认了货物/产品,客户将在确认后的30个工作日内收到退款。

取消订购.
1. AMOS Synergy Sdn Bhd/HealthPlus.my 在任何情况下均有权取消任何产品的订单。若我们取消您的订单,我们会通知您并退还您已经支付的任何款项。退款将根据您的金融机构为退款安排的时间内被记入客户的信用卡账户。

ONLINE ORDER

1. Once you have selected a product that you wish to order via www.healthplus.my , you will then be shown (on the website) the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.

2. Customer shall pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by providing us with your credit card details from a credit card company acceptable to us, which we require in order to process your order. The credit card account or member account must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed payment to us.

3. We shall not be obliged to supply the products to you until we have accepted your order. An order shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the products to you when we accept your order. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your order by email to you, in the form of a document called "Order Confirmation" stating that we are accepting your order. Until the time when we accept and confirm your order, we reserve the right to refuse the process of your order and you reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. AMOS Synergy Sdn Bhd and HealthPlus.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 30 working days after the confirmation.

CANCELLATION

1. AMOS Synergy Sdn Bhd/HealthPlus.my may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. In this case, we will notify you and return payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into Customer's credit card account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.

2. You are not allowed to cancel the order once a Confirmation of Order is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, kindly contact our customer service hotline.
